Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
The hotel offers spacious and awesome rooms but falls short with a terrible location. The service was a mix of rudeness and friendliness, with additional costs for valet parking. The downtown location, while convenient, had issues with homeless individuals. The dining experience had its highlights but lacked variety in healthy options.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were unexpectedly spacious and exceeded my expectations, but the strong paint smell from recent renovations was a downside. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff, but the location, near a downtown area with homeless individuals, was not ideal.
The hotel is like a small apartment, very spacious and fine for a one-night stay. The room smelled very bad because the walls were painted a few days ago and still had a strong odor. The shuttle service was convenient and the staff welcoming and helpful, but there was no available manager. The location was downtown, in front of a convention center, but it felt a bit strange with homeless individuals around. The dining options were good but could have had healthier choices. Overall, a mixed experience with some positives and negatives.
